Speaking to the Official Club Website, Dinning, who joins from Wigan Athletic said: "I'm delighted to be here, initially on loan and hopefully I can do enough in the two months to persuade the manager to make the move a permanent one.
"Once I knew of the Club's interest I spoke to Jason De Vos, who I was with at Wigan last season, about coming here and he said it's a great place to play football.

"But I have played at Portman Road many times and I know the standing the Club has in the game so I'm really pleased to be here and looking forward to playing for Ipswich Town."
