The former Burnley man was forced to be withdrawn after 20 minutes of the Nationwide League Division One clash after coming together with team mate Georges Santos as both defenders went in for a tackle.
Speaking of the incident, Ipswich Town manager Joe Royle told the Official Club Website: "Drissa has knee ligament damage but we won't know the extent of the problem until later today. Hopefully it's not too bad but we will have to wait and see what the experts say"
Santos also explained that the coming together was accidental, and he hoped Drissa made a quick full recovery: "I attacked the ball and did not see Drissa come in at all, or hear him call. It's really disappointing that he's got injured and we just hope it's not serious."
Darren Bent also picked up a slight knee strain in Saturday's 4-1 win, and is doubtful for tommorows Carling Cup game at Notts County. Meanwhile Chris Makin, Tommy Miller, John McGreal, and Martijn Reuser are all certainly out, and will miss tommorows game.
