Warner received the award at a dinner held in Park Lane, London this evening after being nominated by his colleagues at Portman Road for going the extra mile to assist supports with disabilities.
The life-long Town fan told the club website: "To win the award is obviously fantastic and a great honour. I actually felt like a winner before I even got to the awards night.
"I was really honoured when Jim told me I was in with a chance of winning the award. It was an emotional moment, I don't mind admitting, and the fact that it was the manager who invited me into his office and told me the news made the nomination that extra special for me."
The judging panel added: "Warner is a lifelong fan, whose selfless commitment and support has seen him not only overcome his own personal disabilities but dedicate himself to helping other Ipswich supporters in similar situations and improve their matchday experience. "
