Speaking to the East Anglian Daily Times, the Dutchman said: "They are not good enough to be top of the league. They are hard-working guys and are honest enough but the way they played, especially first half, I don't think they are good enough.
Fabian: Norwich Down by Christmas
"I know what it takes to be in the Premiership. They will not stay up. If they did go up they would need about 15 new players. The way Norwich played in the first half, then if they did go up they would come straight down by Christmas, with a record lowest points total.
"We were all over them, we were taking the Mick out of them in the first half. I could not believe we were not at least two up by half-time. But that is typical, when you are top of the league everything goes your way.
"Norwich are having all the luck and they are not even having to play well to win games now."
