A true giant in the football community whose passing is going to be felt by so many people. A great servant of my club, West Bromwich Albion and hopefully our first game, against Newcastle, will provide both sets of fans with the oppurtunity to give the great man the tribute he deserves.
My deepest condolences to the Tractor Boys, Sir Bobby was without doubt the greatest manager to have graced Portman Road.

A true sporting giant, and a massive loss to football throughout the world. In particular to the people and fans of your club.
Bobby Robson was a genuine colossus for your club and for most of the clubs he was involved with. I'd like to take this opportunity to say that the thoughts of genuine football fans throughout the country are with your club and it's fans on this tragic day.

I'm a Leeds fan, but like all true footie fans Sir Bobby will remembered by all for the dignity and respect he brought to the game. I will never forget what he did for you guys but more importantly for me he actually made watching England a pleasure again and I really thought we would win the World cup under his tenure. Such a sad loss. My thoughts and Best wishes to all. RIP Sir Bobby

Truly the saddest of days. Our most beloved legend, a gentleman and true football man. I can think of no one else who approaches the game with the same passion, smile and enthusias

I'm a Newcastle United fan and I know both our sets of fans are feeling the same pain over the loss of Sir Bobby. This man was a true gentleman,a football legend and the finest example any youngster with aspirations of playing the game could follow. He travelled the world managing his clubs and country with passion, pride, commitment and an unsurpassable love of football. Then he came home and took Newcastle United to heights we may never reach again.
He has a place in the hearts of all you Ipswich Town fans and rightly so after everything he achieved there. He also has a place in the hearts of every Geordie; not just Toon fans but people from all walks of life who just loved and admired the man. The world is a sad place today but we should all give thanks that we had the honour of Sir Bobby's presence in our lives. God bless Sir Bobby R.I.P
