Guentchev Set for Town Action

Former Bulgarian international Bontcho spent three years at Town after signing for the club from Portugese side Sporting Libson in December 1992 under the recommendation of Ipswich Legend Sir Bobby Robson. During his time at Portman Road he played in 75 games for the blues, 24 as sub, scoring 11 goals.

Now Guentchev junior has the chance to follow in his fathers footsteps for the match at Leiston which kicks off at 7:30pm tonight. Other names of note included in the squad are Chris Hogg, Aidan Collins, Ben Patten and Jerome Sobers.
