Speaking of the Finland international's peformance against Sheffield United on Tuesday, Horlock said: "He was outstanding, Shefki is a very good player and that game showed the true Kuqi.
"He worked his socks off, grabbed two fine goals and also defended at the front. What more can you ask?
Speaking of Tuesday's match in general, Horlock added: "We have had a great unbeaten start to the season at home, and we believe we can beat anybody at Portman Road.
"It was nice to win by a big margin and it was only a matter of time before one team got hit for a few."
