After the first stage of interviews the Chairman and Chief Executive will draw up a shortlist and put those cnadidates up for interview in front of the Board of Directors before a decision is made.
Derek Bowden has said the there is no rush to appoint a new man in the close season but he wants the new boss in place for June 26th, when the players return for pre-season.
