Mixed news for Town
Frank Nouble will miss Ipswich's home clash against Bolton but Richard Stearman returns from suspension.
Striker Nouble made his first start for Town in last weekend's goalless draw at Peterborough but has sustained a slight hamstring injury in training this week and will not be involved against Wanderers.
Nouble came in at London Road for Michael Chopra, who will hope to have recovered from a dead leg to be involved.
Defender Stearman is back having completed his one-match ban against Posh but winger Lee Martin serves the second game of his three-match suspension and continues to miss out.
Skipper Carlos Edwards was deemed fit enough for a place on the bench against Peterborough following a groin injury and he will also be hoping for a starting berth.
Bolton could welcome back goalkeeper Adam Bogdan when they travel in search of a sixth consecutive npower Championship win.
Bogdan has missed Wanderers' last two matches with a groin injury but boss Dougie Freedman has revealed the Hungary international is back in training.
A place on the bench may have to suffice, as former Preston and Leeds keeper Andy Lonergan has impressed with back-to-back clean sheets in the 1-0 home victories over Blackburn and Brighton.
"We are very strong right now," said Freedman on Bolton's official website. "We have had a few days off to rest, there were a few tired muscles last weekend but we have rested well and there are no new injuries on the treatment table which is nice to see and we are raring to go on Saturday."
Keith Andrews (Achilles) and Tyrone Mears (blood infection) remain on the sidelines, while Mark Davies (knee) is a long-term absentee.
