Ipswich V Brighton at Portman Road - Match Preview

Tayls you lose

Ipswich boss Mick McCarthy will have to make at least one change to his squad for the visit of Brighton.

Paul Taylor, who came on as a substitute during the 2-0 defeat at Wigan last weekend, has rejoined his former club Peterborough on loan until November.

That could pave the way for either experienced frontman Alan Lee or youngster Jack Marriott to be on the bench against the Seagulls.

Defender Tyrone Mings continues to make progress with his knee injury but is not quite ready for selection.

Keith Andrews returns for Brighton's trip to his former club.

The Republic of Ireland international missed last weekend's 3-1 victory over Bolton under the terms of his loan deal from the Trotters.

But Brighton are still short in midfield with Kemy Agustien (hamstring), Liam Bridcutt (hernia) and Jake Forster-Caskey (groin) doubtful and Andrea Orlandi (knee) still out.

Top scorer Leonardo Ulloa completes a three-match ban while fellow strikers Craig Mackail-Smith (Achilles) and Will Hoskins (knee) remain on the sidelines, so Ashley Barnes leads the line again.
