Speaking of the season so far, Sheepshanks said : "Naturally I'm bitterly disappointed about the result at West Bomwich Albion, but we battle on with great hope

"We're getting the financial situation right at the club. I have every confidence in our manager Joe Royle and his staff to pull things around.
