The 23-year-old Hungary international only moved to Portman Road from Watford last summer but has struggled to establish himself in Roy Keane's first-team plans, starting only ten matches so far this term.
Priskin told his new club's official website: "I wasn't getting enough games at Ipswich, but hopefully I'll get to play more with QPR.
"I'm here to score goals and I'm confident I'll do that if I get a run of games in the side. I like to get on the ball and I believe I'm a good player, but I know there's room for improvement.
"I want to give everything I can to QPR. This is a crazy Championship - and if we can get a few wins, we can move right up the table."
During his time with Watford, Priskin found the net 19 times in 83 appearance.
