"We won't over-analyse the game. There were parts we know we have to improve on but again the players' attitude was spot on.
"We could have had more goals but to be fair to Brentford they had chances as well. When you look at the age of our scorers, with Connor only 16 and Jordan a teenager as well and Lee only 22, that's encouraging for the future.
"These games are all about trying different players, different partnerships and like I said, I really enjoyed it."
