Speaking after the game in reference to Pablo Counago's missed chance Keane said: "I'm hugely frustrated because we had a lot of good chances to win the game and that was the best.
"You have to stick those away. We are making progress as a team and there were a lot of positives in the performance, but we can't afford to let opponents off the hook.
"I'm happy with a lot of things, but the position we are in requires wins and we should have done better than a point today.
"Now we have a big week coming up with two games and it is essential we take our opportunities against Peterborough on Tuesday night."
