Speaking to the Official Club Website, Keane said: "It was an unbelievable end to the game and thankfully we came out on the winning side of it.
"It was a good pass by Connor [Wickham} and a brilliant finish by Pablo and you can see what it meant to everyone, the players, the staff and obviously the fans.
"We've not had too many highs. We've won games but we've had setbacks and it was a hammer blow with them scoring right at the end. You think we have seen the end of those days of conceding goals right at the end so to come back and win it has given everyone a big boost at the Club.
"We were sluggish for their opening goal but I thought we deserved to be ahead at 2-1. Then we stopped keeping the ball for some reason.
"We still had chances and Pablo was very unlucky with the one stopped on the line. As much as the goals we gave away were bad, the goals we did score were good goals and we'll take a lot of satisfaction from that."
