Speaking to the Ipswich Evening Star, Keane confirmed: "Every day I'm weighing up the situation at the club and people at the club.
"If I'm not 100 per cent happy I'll look for an improvement. And if I think it's right to make further changes than I will.
"Bryan's a very, very good coach with experience at different levels of the game. He's done really well and been a good servant for Ipswich Town and we wish him well.
"I've been here now for seven months and decided we needed a few changes, and with Ian McParland coming in we are well covered on the coaching side."
