Speaking in the after match press conference Keane said: "We huffed and puffed in the second half, but I have no complaints about the result.
"If anything, they looked more dangerous than us on the break. You could say that it's frustrating. You could throw that word in the mix, but then there's always things to be frustrated about in football.
"I could not ask for anymore from my players, but I am desperately trying to add to the squad. Realistically, I'd like to bring in four players before the deadline, but you don't always get what you want in life."
