Speaking to the Official Club Website, Keane said: "We had the better chances and obviously we are disappointed we didn't take them.
"When you keep a clean sheet at home you think you are going to create chance and take one of them but we are simply not scoring enough goals.
"We have been going on for a while about improving defensively and we do look more solid now but I don't know if it's because we have an edginess about us when chances come along, possibly so, but I would have expected us to score with one of the opportunities we had."
