However Town boss Joe Royle has admitted that his number 32 has recovered from the injury, and he expects him to line up for Town alongside Darren Bent upfront on Saturday.
Speaking to the Official Club Website, Royle confirmed: "There is no problem with Shefki. He trained today and is fine. Richard Naylor will have a light week. He was back at the weekend after a hip injury and we will ease him through but other than that there are no other worries."
