Speaking to the Official Club Website, Town's captain Magilton admitted: "I'm more optimistic than I was at the weekend and we will see how the scan goes tonight.
"If it's okay then I will train on Tuesday and Wednesday with Simon Thadani and Dave Williams and then hopefully join the other lads on Thursday. It's too early to tell about the weekend but I certainly feel that I have got a chance of making it."
