Marshall Set for Return

Unwanted Marshall, who was handed a free transfer at the end of last season by Town boss Joe Royle, played in just one game whilst spending time at the Midlands club, and that didn't go too well for the former England Under 21 International who let in five goals against Arsenal.

Wolves seem likely not to keep Marshall on with the transfer window opening on New Years Day, and it looks likely that they will attempt to sign a goalkeeper on a full time move instead of extending Marshall's loan.

Speaking to the Official Club Website, Town boss Joe Royle confirmed: "We have not heard anything from Wolves regarding Andy so we are taking it that he will be back with us from January 1,"
