Speaking to the Official Club Website, Town boss Joe Royle confirmed: "Matt has not trained this week and at the moment, he has to be rated a doubt for the Crewe game."
However there is better news on Jim Magilton and Martijn Reuser, who both appear to be over their problems: "Jim Magilton and Martijn Reuser both trained okay on the Tuesday though after missing the session on Monday with back problems." Royle confirmed.
