Henry, who began his career at Reading, first joined up with Millwall in the 2008/09 season and then scored five goals for the Lions last season.
Lisbie, 31, spent the last campaign on loan at Colchester.
Lisbie has become the seventh new signing since Millwall won the play-off final against Swindon at Wembley Stadium in May.
He is not unfamiliar to south London football having begun his career at Charlton Athletic where Lisbie spent more than a decade before joining Colchester in 2008.
Seventeen goals in his one season with the Essex club saw Lisbie move to Ipswich in a £600,000 deal a year later only to find his first-team opportunities limited.
Lisbie, who scored 13 times back at Colchester last season, is making the seventh loan spell of his career.
