No Imminent Share Issue

Yesterday it was reported that the directors of the club were likely to launch another offer of shares to boost the clubs finances for another season in the Championship. However Town have now confirmed that they currentley have no immediate plans to do this.

Speaking to the East Anglian Daily Times, Town Media Manager Terry Baxter confirmed: "Without definitely ruling out the possibility of a further share issue at some point in the future, and a straw poll taken at last November's AGM, suggesting shareholders would support such a move. there are no immediate plans for Ipswich Town Football Club to launch an offer of shares."
