The original statement last nigh released through the Official Club Websitet read: "I would like to stress that I made no handcuff gesture or personal message to Luke McCormick."

However late last night, the statement on the Official Club Website read: "I would like to stress that I made no handcuff gesture but it was a small private gesture to Luke McCormick."
