Last week a Midlands newspaper reported that due to the Baggies striker crisis, they could turn to the former Celta Vigo man in a bid to boost their strikepower and to hold on to the top sport in the Division one Table.
However since then, there has appeared to be nothing to back up such reports as Town boss Joe Royle has said that should the Midlands club make a bid, they would be wasting their time because Pablo is not avaliable.
