Due to Visa Requirements however, the youngster who has four full Canadian International caps, will not be able to fully join the club until his 18th birthday in May of this year.
Peters had trials at a number of clubs apart from Town including Manchester United at Millwall, with the later at first being made favourites to capture the Ontario born player due to family reasons.
However it appears since then the youngster has decided to change his mind, and for the 2005/6 season, Peters will be lining up in the blue and white of Town.
