Tickets will be sold strictly at one per season ticket/gold card/silver card presented or quoted on the phone or in person at the main ticket office at Portman Road.
The club has recruited a number of additional ticket office staff to get through the ticket applications, sales and requests as soon as possible, the phone lines are extremley busy at the moment so the prefered method is to visit the ticket office in person.
Online sales have been temporarily suspended until 8PM this evening due to the sheer volume of requests going through the system, all users who apply after 8PM via this system will have their ticket applications dealt with first thing but you must be registered for websales already to use this system.
The Ticket arrangements for the Semi Final first leg at Portman Road on Saturday 15th May are as follows:Monday 10th May
Gold Club by telephone 9.00am to 8.00pm call 0870 4441062
Gold Club – personal callers. 9.00am to 8.00pm from the main Ticket Office on Constantine Road.
Tuesday 11th MaySeason Ticket Holders by telephone 9.00am to 8.00pm call 0870 4441062
Season Ticket Holders – personal callers. 9.00am to 8.00pm from the main Ticket Office on Constantine Road.
Wednesday 12th May - Thursday 13th May
Silver Club Members – personal callers. 9.00am to 8.00pm from the main Ticket Office on Constantine Road.
Thursday 13th May
ITFC customers. You must be on the Club’s database to purchase a ticket. All ticket sales from 3pm onwards will be by personal caller only via the main Ticket Office on Constantine Road.
Friday 14th May
ITFC customers. You must be on the Club’s database to purchase a ticket. All tickets from this point will be by personal caller from the main Ticket Office on Constantine Road.
