Speaking to the Ipswich Evening Star, the former Everton, Manchester City and Oldham Athletic boss said: "If I was at a lower Premiership club, and looking for a third or fourth striker, I would consider Pablo.
"When he's at his best he's a handful. I appreciate his talents and it's nothing personal. It's about the team and the team is everything."
