Red Tape Holds up Grande Move for Sandro

Speaking to the East Anglian Daily Times, the blues chief admitted: “We are in discussion with the FA over the actual wording of the regulations regarding players who have been released from their contract, such as Sandro has by Montreal Impact.”
Despite the fact the 27 year old Canadian International is a free agent at the moment, because he was with Montreal Impact at the start of the season, the Football Association have argued that he will not be able to be signed until the transfer window opens in January.
