Speaking of the prospect of his side taking on the gunners, Town reserve team coach Steve McCall told the club site : "With the first-team not in action for a couple of weeks, the manager wants to take this opportunity to give some of the players a run-out.
"Both Darren and Dean were on the bench on Saturday against West Ham so this is a chance for them to get some match practise, add to the sharpness and perhaps get a couple of goals under their belt.
"Matt Richards was also substitute at the weekend and is recovering from a hamstring injury which hindered his pre-season training. Playing for the Reserves, against a decent Arsenal side no doubt, will help him step up his fitness levels as well."
