Recent permanent signings Vermund Brekke-Skard and Adam Proudlock didn't travel, after the flu virus they both picked up prior to the Norwich match.

The same virus meant that Price deputised for Supple in the East Anglian derby, leaving promising Icelandic 'keeper Óskar Pétursson to make his reserve team debut, alongside centre back Jack Haverson.

Jamie Peters, the young Canadian international who signed a permanent deal in the summer, continued his adaption to English football, paying wide right.

The next reserve fixture is scheduled to be against Crystal Palace on Wednesday 15th February, at Portman Road.
