Speaking to the Official Club Website, the former Oldham, Everton and Manchester City boss said: "We want to win the game against Brentford and won't be taking things lightly,
"But we will make changes and some of the younger players may get an opportunity to show what they can do. There won't be wholsesale alterations though because we haven't got the squad to do that."
None of the quartet of Jason De Vos, Tony Dinning, Matt Richards and Fabian Wilnis will be involved in Tuesday's clash.
