Speaking to the East Anglian Daily Times, the former Everton boss said: “The players come back in for training looking forward. We can take a lot of solace out of our performance at Norwich.
“I have gone through the tape again and we were exceptional. There are a lot of positives to take out of that game. Even in the second half they did not give us that much trouble. They scored twice, one from a free-kick which should not have been given.”
“We all need to stick together. We are all united and have not given up hope. No one should. We need at least seven more wins from the rest of our games. That will put us right in there and in with a good chance of promotion, and that is achievable.”
