The former Grimsby hardman told the Official Club Website: "It was amazing and obviously disappointing that we were beaten at Norwich. We hit the post and bar and had all the possession but ended up with nothing, just like at Stoke.
"We lost concentration for their first goal and that did knock us back a bit and when we went two down we had to take some chances and that gave them more space to play.
"That's football, though and it's important that we get the defeats out of our system and focus on Millwall this weekend. It's another big game and we are all determined to take the three points."
