Sheringham Joins on Trial

Charlie Sheringham was released from Tottenham earlier in the year and first joined Town on trial in September, which has now been extended until the end of the year and father Teddy has been watching his son in recent academy games that he has played in.

Speaking of the trial, Bryan Klug, Town's academy director admitted: "Charlie has played in the under-18's for the last two weeks and has done well. He is an intelligent lad, but with a lot of scope for improvement."
