The 19 year old who is hoping to represent New Zealand at the upcoming World Cup looks set to replace Pim Balkestien in the Bees defence after the Dutchman was recalled by Town boss Roy Keane.
Brentford manager Andy Scott confirmed: "Tommy's another player we have been keeping an eye on for some time and is a player with a lot of potential.
"We hope his time with us will help him fulfil the promise he has shown and in turn help him with his ambitions to represent New Zealand in the World Cup finals this summer."
