As a result Chairman David Sheepshanks, Chief executive Derek Bowden and fellow directors Holly Bellingham, Kevin Beeston, Roger Finbow, Phillip Hope-Cobbold, John Kerr and Richard Moore will all remain members of the board until the next AGM at least.

Meanwhile the Ipswich Town Independent Supporters Trust proposal for a fan representative on the board was rejected by the shareholders.
