Town Linked With Murphy.

The 19 year old former England Youth international is currentley out of favour at Steve McClaren's club and a move on loan to Town could interest him in order to gain first team football.
With Matt Richards currentley going through a patchy spell of form for Ipswich and Chris Makin and Fabian Wilnis still ruled out through injury, the signing of Hartlepool born Murphy could be attractive to blues boss Joe Royle.
Speaking of Possible Developments, Murphy's agent, Steven Denos said: "Murph wants to get out on loan, just to get some fitness. He is local lad and desperate to play again, but he has had really bad luck with injuries."
"A number of clubs are interested and should get something within the next few weeks."
Since signing professional terms with 'Boro in 2001 Murphy has made 6 starts and ten substitute apperances scoring one goal against Northampton in the 2001/2002 Carling Cup.
