Town Reject £3M Bent Offer

Alan Curbishley is a known admirer of the product of Town's academy, and Bent's promising early displays in this seasons Coca-Cola Championship which have led him to two goals and an England Under 21 call-up have attracted the interest of the club where fomer blues captain Matt Holland plays.

With the transfer window closing in the coming days, it remains to be seen if The Addicks will up their bid in order to try and tempt Town to part with their star striker, or they turn their attention elsewhere to strengthen their forward line.
