Naylor: Relieved
Naylor's hand was stepped on during the first-half of the 2-2 draw and although he managed to complete the match, reverting to a striker in the second half, he was taken to hospital straight after.

Boss Joe Royle feared another casualty to add to his problems, as he declared it looked all the world like a broken hand but the x-rays revealed there was no broken bones and the hand is just heavily bruised.

Despite the bruising, the tough central defender-cum-striker declared himself available for Saturday's trip to Sheffield Wednesday: β€œIt is still sore and swollen but, thankfully, the X-rays showed there is no break. It looks like it is just badly bruised but should be fine for Saturday, which is a relief,” he said, speaking to The East Anglian Daily Times.

Lewis Price was also trodden on in the game, when Paul Furlong was lucky to remian on the pitch after coming down on the Welsh 'keeper's head. He needed 3 stitches on the head wound but is reported to not be suffering any other effects than a slight headache. He will also be available for the Sheffiled trip.

Gavin Williams was another injury concern, after he went off with a dead leg. However, the Ipswich physio team will work with him today and fully expect the injury to clear-up in time for the weekend.
