Speaking after the game Magilton said: "It's most definitely a case of two points dropped.
"It was a home game and one we felt we could win - and I don't mean that with any disrespect to Sheffield Wednesday
"I was disappointed in the manner that Wednesday scored a goal but pleased that we got back in the game.
"Pablo's equaliser was a real poacher's effort and got us back on level terms. Hopefully it will help his confidence build and, at that point, I really felt we'd push on and win.
"It was an entertaining game of football in the first half. We were expressive and we showed desire to go and win the game and had opportunities.
"There are plenty of games to go. If we had won the game we would be talking differently. It is fine lines and if we can win three points next week the picture changes."
