Magilton Delighted with Reaction
Marvin Elliott put the home side ahead with 40 minutes remaining, however Giovani Dos Santos salvaged a point for Town by converting a penalty deep into injury time in the second half after Spanish centre back Ivan Campo was brought down.
Speaking to the Official Club Website, Town boss Magilton said: "It was the least we deserved, a draw, and I can't praise the players enough.
"I wanted to see a reaction after the Doncaster game and I got one. The lads showed a great attitude, a real desire and a real togetherness.
"The dressing-room was very low after Saturday but that performance has made us more upbeat.
"They could have started feeling sorry for themselves - and mentally that is easy to do when you know your goal can't be reached, the top six, but they kept going until the final whistle and fully deserved to get an equaliser.
"They stuck to their task and I'm delighted with every one of them. Now we've got a big game coming up next week, a derby against Norwich and we're all looking forward to it."
