Town Finish 15th in Championship

Sheffield Wednesday and Crystal Palace drew 2-2 this afternoon meaning Palace stay up and Sheffield Wednesday will join Plymouth Argyle and Peterborough United through the trap door to League One.
Blackpool clinched the last play off spot thanks to a 1-1 draw with Bristol City, as Swansea failed to beat Doncaster Rovers in a 0-0 draw. The result means Blackpool will play Nottingham Forest in the play-off's whilst Cardiff City will face Leicester City.
