Town midfielder Kevin Horlock felt his side deserved to lose the game: "We were outfought and we need to learn from that. There were no areas where we played well and I was disappointed with my own performance. It was not a good day for us at all and we got what we deserved - nothing."
Striker Darren Bent, also felt his side could not moan about the result: I was struggling with a bad cold but that is not an excuse and it was a bad day for us.
I thought I had scored early in the second-half and if that had counted, it might have made a big difference.
"But we can't complain about the result because our performance was poor. Hopefully we can get things right next week against Cardiff."
Meanwhile Tommy Miller, who scored a penalty for the blues, revealed why he put his penalty to the left hand side of the goal: "When I stepped up to take the penalty, it occurred to me that Malcolm Webster is at Derby now and knows I prefer to put them to the right.
"I reckoned he would have told the 'keeper that so that's why I put it to the left. He dived the way I expected him to as well."
