Speaking to the Official Club Website, the former Northern Ireland international said: "It was a fantastic match played between two teams who really went out to win the game and those that were and watching on TV must have enjoyed it.
"They were very strong early on and at 2-0 down, we were in trouble but you can never write this team and these players off and we kept going forward and got the breaks.
"It's a proper Semi-Final now, one game to decide who goes to the Final in Cardiff and Portman Road will be rocking on Wednesday night.
"We may hold the advantage slightly because we are at home but they won at our place earlier in the season so we know there is a long way to go yet before we can start talking about a Play-Off Final."
